Company Overview
Dornish Law Offices was founded in 1993, and has grown to five full time lawyers and five support staff. The firm's lawyers are headed by Bradley Dornish, who has over thirty years of experience in business, real estate and construction litigation, business and real estate transactions and related matters. Offices are shared with Dornish Settlement Services, LLC, a Pennsylvania licensed title agency and real estate settlement company.
Every lawyer in the firm is a PA Notary Public, and the firm's lawyers all draft business and real estate documents, handle real estate transactions, advise clients in various types of business, real estate and construction transactions, and counsel Condominium and Homeowners' Associations. When litigation is necessary, experience in drafting documents and transactions helps in the courtroom, while courtroom experience improves the quality of transactions handled, documents drafted, and day to day business advice.
The firm has depth of experience in real estate specific litigation, including partition and quiet title actions, evictions, ejectments, seller disclosure litigation, and development and construction disputes.
