Description

Frost Brown Todd, a full-service AM Law 200 firm with more than 575 attorneys in 17 offices and 9 states plus Washington D.C., seeks an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance for the CMBS Lending and Servicing Practice Group.  A successful candidate will have prior experience specifically with CMBS/balance sheet financing and asset management/servicing of the CMBS/balance sheet loans.  The CMBS team is looking for a candidate to sit in any of Frost Brown Todd’s 17 markets.  In addition, applicants must have a good academic record and excellent research and writing skills.

The salary range for this role accounts for the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. For applicants physically based in California and Colorado, a reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $180,000–$252,000.  Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws. Associates are eligible for a quarterly objective and an annual subjective bonus.
